“I had to update this review, because due to my many medical maladies, I've had to meet each member of the staff, every practitioner and nurse. When I say the care here is second to none I mean it. I don't believe it's possible to fully describe how amazing the Maxwell Medical team is, however I can definitely say they're without a doubt the best PCP family doctor I've ever had. From Dr. Maxwell himself, to his other practitioners Sally Oliver, PA Richardson, and P.A. Patrick Clark, they have bedside manner I didn't know was possible. The nurses are competent and kind. Other doctors in sebring have made me feel like I'm simply a paycheck for them, I've never felt that way here. Even the people in the billing department are kind and make people laugh, so I wasn't even really bothered paying my copay. Doctors, on average, interrupt their patients 18 seconds into their medical history. The staff here goes above and beyond to listen to you, empathize with you, and triage you to the highest care possible. From now on, for not only myself, but my family, and any friends who ever need medical care, I will without a doubt refer them here. “I am visiting from out of town and had a bad chest cold so I utilized the walk in service and had to wait about 30 minutes to see a doctor. 10 minutes of my wait was filling out paperwork as a first time visitor. Those with appointments are seen first. Personnel were kind and doctor preformed a thorough examine and spent a good 10 minutes with me. A set of prescriptions were ordered for me and was suggested a revisit in one week for follow up care was scheduled.“
