“Duke sent them out to check our meter box because we pay for surge protection through Duke. Our A/C unit was cooling. Fan was running continuously but not cooling. Called A/C company (Longs) who installed our unit a year ago. They came out and found a module fried. Said a power surge caused it. Now I’m hoping Duke will reimburse us for the bill. We will see“

I called them and they had a service man out here in a couple hours. I would highly recommend this company.<br>June, 2024 - Just had America First come to service my A.C. They flushed out drain pipe and replaced capacitator on unit. No charge for capacitator as unit is still under warranty. Cost a total of $100.00. Great company to work with!“
