Although Videll’s personality is difficult to understand, I still think she’s majorly misunderstood as a person. She was actually extremely pleasant to me.

However, I got a Brazilian wax off of Groupon and met with Videll yesterday. This was hands down the MOST painful wax experience of my life. She went over one spot multiple times and right now my skin feels really “raw”

I personally would not advise her services to anyone.

I have been going to see Videll for a couple of years now for brazilians and I can't say enough great things about her and her business. Her new location is conveniently located in Trolley Square and designed with comfort in mind. Videll herself is very sweet and always professional. She always makes sure to ask me about my kids and check in with me on a personal level and I appreciate the personal touch. Last night I left her a vm after hours and she saw me today at noon, that's awesome! Thank you, Videll!!
