She was very kind, relaxed and enthusiastic and educated me about the lash lift I was having. She also answered all my questions in a respectful way. The results I got were outstanding and I was so happy with my lashes!! Kaylana also went over my lash lift care for the next 24 hours. I immediately said I was coming back and cannot wait until then. Thank you!!!
