“The best yoga studio in Delaware. Never disappoints. Honestly, this place is sacred ground! See for yourself!“
“My friend convinced me to attend a class here when they were still in Newark, and I've come even more often now that they've moved to Hockessin. The studio is bright and spacious, with a variety of acro apparata.I would say that most of this studio's classes are more focused on beginners than experienced circus aerialists. The beginner classes are a good start for people who are kind of easing back into fitness after a break or who want to start something that doesn't involve bouncing or jumping. Most of the classes focus on sling or hammock low to the ground, though they do offer silks and lyra. They also offer bungee classes, which are fun and an intense cardio workout (though it takes a few sessions for the harnesses to stop pinching.)If someone I knew wanted to try aerial acrobatics but was concerned that her strength and fitness wasn't good enough yet, I'd feel pretty confident recommending this place as a place to build that strength.“
“The Lotus Center is a wonderful, fun community of health-minded people, and they offer a variety of healthy activities, including yoga, Qi-gong, nutrition, workshops, food, and arts. Jen's breath-led yoga and Qi-gong classes have improved my health, and her creative programs have expanded my understanding of what it means to be truly "healthy." I appreciate that she makes an effort to offer her classes both in person and on-line.“
“The purpose of the center is healing and wellness. The grounds and studio are beautiful spaces for classes. Yoga, Tai Chi, QiGong, and Permaculture Classes are currently offered. The Annual Harvest Festival and Drum Circle will resume this year.“
“One-Yoga's program encompases so much more than Yoga poses. The teacher training is a life changing experience and is not just for people that want to teach yoga. The YTT has encouraged me to pursue my career goals apart from world of yoga. Susan and her team offer expert guidance and teaching. Each of her teachers has unique and special gifts to share. One-Yoga's program is not about churning out teachers to teach poses, but rather sending out students to share the real gifts of yoga with the community.“
“They have done a good job with the interview and hopefully that research will have future recipients to come in the state of Delaware but there is a problem there is a guy by the name of David Gaines and his daughter Jazzlyn Williams-Gaines who complained about me and ratted me out by the rental office and the police and that made me very upset and David Gaines threatened my life to can the university of Delaware put David Gaines under investigation please thank you for the time“
