7465 Lancaster Pike Suite L 2nd Floor, Hockessin“My friend convinced me to attend a class here when they were still in Newark, and I've come even more often now that they've moved to Hockessin. The studio is bright and spacious, with a variety of acro apparata.I would say that most of this studio's classes are more focused on beginners than experienced circus aerialists. The beginner classes are a good start for people who are kind of easing back into fitness after a break or who want to start something that doesn't involve bouncing or jumping. Most of the classes focus on sling or hammock low to the ground, though they do offer silks and lyra. They also offer bungee classes, which are fun and an intense cardio workout (though it takes a few sessions for the harnesses to stop pinching.)If someone I knew wanted to try aerial acrobatics but was concerned that her strength and fitness wasn't good enough yet, I'd feel pretty confident recommending this place as a place to build that strength.“

“This place will always hold a spot in my heart. Coming out of the pandemic, I was unmotivated and my self esteem was very low. Daulton is a newer trainer but he was super ambitious and helped me quite a bit to build up my self confidence. He adapted his training style to meet my needs and I’ve seen the results because of him.I definitely recommend this training location!“
