On Wednesday (the 17th) around 9 PM I noticed that my house was extremely warm. The thermostat showed 80 and not going down by any means. My bulldog was panting, so I packed him up and made the trek to my daughter's house. When I finally settled in, I called Horizon around midnight. I did not expect to speak with a person, let alone someone who would be able to get me the help I needed literally overnight. I am sorry I do not remember the name he gave me when he answered, but I thoroughly enjoyed speaking with him in the course of scheduling service. He was friendly as well as helpful.

Yesterday morning, the technician - another example of a professional and personable representative of Horizon, Shane McHale, was out to check out my AC unit. He asked me to come look at the unit after he discovered the problem. It wasn't good news and I didn't expect it to be as it had already needed servicing three weeks prior to this. He gave me the options available and because of its age, I decided I'd just replace it. He contacted sales and arranged for a representative to come out within a couple of hours to get me squared away with a new one. I really appreciated his making that contact and not having to do it myself.

Wendy Phiel arrived already aware of the specs for my AC unit as it had been installed by Horizon. We set up the financing I wanted and besides two great discounts she applied a refund for the amount of the last service visit three weeks ago. I never expected that. She ordered the unit with a hopeful delivery to warehouse Friday (today) and possible install Saturday (tomorrow) or Sunday.
Well, tomorrow my new AC unit will be installed! I cannot praise the gentleman who took my original call, Shane who checked the unit, and especially Wendy enough. They all went above and beyond and I truly enjoyed my interaction with each of them.
I have always been happy with Horizon and have been a customer for over twenty years. I highly recommend them and have to say, they went above and beyond to get me AC as quickly (3 days!) as possible.

To the management of Horizon...I sincerely hope you recognize these individuals because they are exceptional representatives for you and the reason I call Horizon. Looking forward to tomorrow's install.
