The boss called the next morning as well to apologize for the mix up. The electrician did all the work prescribed and for one he even went above and beyond to make sure the result of his job made sense rather than just “fix it”. Upgrading from 1 to 4 stars. Things happen in offices, so I’ll likely call them again should the need arise.“
