“The dentist and dental assistants/technicians are fantastic here. I mean that both technically and having a good bedside manner. the administrative staff are also excellent and kind. The answering service the Brident Company uses however is absolutely horrific. Every single time I have to try and schedule or reschedule through them my blood pressure goes through the roof. And inevitably I end up insisting they transfer me to the office. It's just plain horrible.“
