“Awesome establishment! I went here a few years back seeking contacts and the workers were amazing! It was an older gentleman that assisted me ! He explained everything to me and even showed me how to use them properly... once I received my contacts he reached out a few weeks later to see how things were! That made me feel good it showed me that they cared most establishments don't go the extra mile and do things like that! Typically they aren't busy so you can get in and out fast!“

“Very welcoming and professional staff. From the receptionist to the Doctor they are very friendly. The Doctor is exceptionally knowledgeable. I had the most extensive eye exam I've ever had. She detected issues that I was not aware of and then gave me a referral and appointment with a specialist. The selection of frames is pretty large. It was easy for me to find 2 pair that I really liked.“

“These ladies went above and beyond for me last year when I brought in a tricky pair of broken eye glasses. What I thought would be a quick fix ended up being a lot more tedious but they were amazing, even gave me a pair off the rack to wear home while they fixed it.“

“A technician named Ted adjusted the pair of glasses I picked up at another Simon Eye location two weeks ago. I had them adjusted since purchasing them twice but just weren't right, kept slipping off or down. T though took care of them quickly , one time, it was the second good experience I had at this location since stopping by earlier this year to get my old pair adjusted. Friendly staff too , but kudos too Tee!!!“
