“We found out AC not working upon return from the sun soaked beach. BUMMER ! Running some quick checks I was able to identify that the issue was most likely a broken fan motor in the condenser. Having called Donnelly's, the installer of the unit just 3 years back, we were able to secure a tech for Tuesday.
On Monday we received a call that Domingo would be arriving by noon to assess the issue. He was prompt and courteous. He quickly ascertained that my original assessment was indeed correct. Due to age of unit, he immediately reached out to warranty department and ordered a replacement.
Within 5 minutes of him reaching out via a device, we were informed that the part would be shipped and available for install on Thursday. What can you do? We humbly braved the humidity putting into perspective just how lucky we are to even live with central air. Count your blessing friends.
We received another call Wednesday morning that Domingo will be in by noon to install the replacement motor. What a pleasant surprise that was! Again, he was prompt and informed. He ran into some unforeseen issue due to corrosion of parts and had just the right equipment to handle the challenge. He did it well and never showed any stress. A PRO !
Needless to say after about an 1.5 hours of sweat inducing work we were up and running. Thank you Donnelly's and thank you Domingo for being awesome and representing your brand well. We hope NOT to see you soon :), except routine fall and spring checkups.

“We just had to Replace two of our air conditioners. Richard came out review the systems and gave us a quote. Told us to get additional quotes for comparison which we did. Comparison quotes were higher than what Richard was offering so of course we went with National. We had four technicians out. Dave reviewed all of our air conditioners, cleaned and inspected them. . Unfortunately he could not repair one of them so we ended up having to replace it and one that was old. The three guys that came out were exceptional. Connor, Jake and Gabe were polite, professional. “Wow!! Highly recommend! We had a cast iron pipe leak from our upstairs bathroom down to our foyer in our home that was built in 1930. RW Greer was responsive, efficient and very professional. Dave and Devon were so friendly and knowledgeable. They came and looked and the problem and finished the job in the same week and only took 2.5 hours. They had to cut out and replace section of cracked cast iron drain stack. Price was extremely reasonable!
