Our second-floor toilet was clogged, and he went above and beyond to find out what was causing the issue, checking to see if a toy or plastic had gone down the toilet. He also respected our request to wear shoe covers. After he checked the pipes with a camera and couldn't find anything, he suggested we replace the toilet, so we did.
