“Iron Kingdom was fast, helpful, and incredibly professional in installing window bars on my apartment in DC. To begin with, they were very responsive. We put in an inquiry on Wednesday night, by Thursday afternoon they had scheduled measurements for Monday. Although they were coming from Maryland, they arrived on time to take the measurements. They called me Tuesday to schedule installation and came on time (at the BEGINNING of a one hour window, which is amazing) and installed the windows. The installation technicians were incredibly kind, respectful, and thorough. Not only did they ensure everything was exactly correct, they showed me how to use everything and - most impressive - touched up my window frame paint with any scuffs they left (I am not even confident the scuffs were from them). They responded quickly, charged me what I thought was a fair price, cleaned up after themselves, and were in and out in no time. The jobs I had were different (replacing a glass window on a piece of furniture and replacing broken glass on a gas light). I'm sorry so many people had such negative experiences, but mine was great.“
