I barely had to say a word--Penny took a look at my eyes and immediately pinpointed all the issues I've struggled with for years (like how my lashes in the front get hidden because of my eyelids). Honestly I was shocked, as it took her seconds to notice things other places never pick up on unless I explicitly tell them. When we did the extensions, Penny was super practiced and clearly knew how to work with my eye shape.
