A truly amazing soul who cares about you AND knows how to properly wax. I used to get ingrowns going to other waxers, or leave with burns/bumps/patches of hair. I get the Brazilian (which is very reasonably priced) with no strips and she follows up with sugaring to grab all the hairs. Smooth as silk! I’ve been seeing Khadija for my Brazilians for over 5 years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else as long as she’s in business. I travel from Bmore to her office in NoVA. “What a great business! I was introduced to Nilou by my sister and ever since I have continued to go back! I go to Nilou to get extractions and facials from the amazing woman herself Nadia! She is super nice and always takes care of me and doing her best to make me feel comfortable! The staff and environment is also very welcoming. I also buy their facial products, which have helped my face tremendously. I have hormonal and a bit of cystic acne before coming and these products, in addition to the extractions, were one of the few I found that helped control my breakouts. “So I've been going to this spot a little less than a year. I won't lie, on and off, I've tried to find other spots just as good as this place but time and time again I've been disappointed. This place won't do you wrong. I get BIAB done. They are by appointments only. They do get booked fairly quickly and they only open their schedule a month in-advance. My suggestion is to book for what you need and any add-ons (eg nail extension), because you can't add it the day of your appointment since these girls are booked back to back. If you want ANY type of nail designs, I would reach out to them via IG DM and ask what level nail art my example is so I can book the correct level. Rose is good with replying back to any questions that I may have. As you can see from my pictures, they last a long time, I got it done Sept 22 and a refill with redesign Oct 25. I had no lifts or chips. I did however have hang nails but I'm also roough on my nails (surprisingly my hang nails didn't get caught on any fabric or my hair so that says a lot) lol. The girls there are very friendly and are really good at what they do. They place is very clean and aesthetically pleasing.Services: Foot massages“

“Aura spa at Vida Fitness in Ballston is a hidden gem. I had the best facial with Elena! I have sensitive skin and the products were very soothing and effective. I enjoyed every step of the facial from the rejuvenating face massage, lymph drainage techniques, neck and shoulder stretches, gentle extractions, hot towels, etc. There was minimal talking so I was able to be present in my body to rest and restore. Ambiance is excellent. Customer service is great. I love the low key unpretentious vibe of this spa. You gotta check it out!“

“Fast and almost painless waxing. I would suggest not using the oil since waxers although wearing gloves touch the bottle, then touch your private areas. It’s simply not hygienic considering how many others use the same bottle. Perhaps bring your own oil. Or they could invest in an automatic oil pump . However staff is very friendly and very good.“
