Something I think this studio does right is meeting where people are. It’s not just on the weight floor but also like do you have circumstances and are telling folks hey this is what’s up- they’re so willing to work with you. It truly does become a family. It’s almost 6 years of OTF and this studio gets it right. Takes a little drinking the OTF cool aid to get your moneys worth - I think like anything the more you invest in (emotionally, mentally) typically the more you can get back out. Love this place with every fiber of my being. 💖

I’m so grateful for OTF H Street and cannot recommend it enough! This studio has the best coaches and staff! They have kept me motivated to stay in a fitness routine throughout so many different seasons over the past two and a half years. They are so approachable to discuss fitness and health goals as they pertain to both in and out of the studio. I really feel a part of a community stepping through the doors!
The studio offers a good mix of the different OTF class types (2G, 3G, strength 50, tread 50) across times that makes it easy to get the kind of workout I want for that day with my schedule!
I really appreciate the coaching staff, they are helpful and provide feedback on how to improve your form. They put a lot of effort into creating playlists that are fun and motivating. There is also a nice sense of community amongst the members. Once you get to know the familiar faces you start to feel like you've joined the family. Overall, I've really enjoyed my experience here. It's nice to have met so many wonderful neighbors. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a solid workout in a great atmosphere!
