I have been working out with Rosa virtually for over two years, since the beginning of the pandemic. I am 70 and would not be able to play tennis twice a week and walk with my walking group, a fast 4 miles walk, if I didn’t work out with Rosa three times a week. She keeps me going. I will continue working with her as long as I can breathe. I recommend her highly for all ages and fitness levels. GS

It's not magic. It's pure science. And Dr. Rosa is a trainer with a PhD in Nutritional Sciences. I have been working with her for more than a year. She tailors the workout to my needs. I used to have a couple of extra lbs, but was not obese by any means. With her help, I lost 15 lbs in 4 months with appropriate diet and workout and have maintained the weight even without actively watching my diet anymore. Slow and steady wins the race. I believe if you follow her instructions, you will definitely see results. But you have to really follow her instructions! You have to put in the work! I highly recommend her to whoever is determined to make positive changes to their health and life!
