This is a review for the location in Navy Yard. Katie was awesome!!! After being sick for the past few years, I stepped foot into a salon for the first time in forever. Katie cheered me up and is so genuine and real (and very talented). I will def be back!

Always a lovely experience when I come to Bang Salon! Friendly staff and they’re knowledgeable about managing different types of hair. My hair is naturally curtly but I relax/perm my hair regularly. I came in today for a blowout and Keratin (K18) mask treatment with Molly (shout out to Molly for an exceptional experience!) my hair feels so moisturized, smooth and straight, and she went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable with the different procedures given my hair’s texture. I’ll definitely be coming in again, and learned a new treatment that works for my hair (K18 masks)! A win-win.

I just wanted to share the amazing experience I had at this salon. I went to see the stylist named Chi Cha. She did such a great job on my hair. I had a blow out done. She was professional and she had such good energy! What impressed me the most about Chi Cha is her knowledge of hair. She used just the right amount of heat and my hair didn’t smell burnt. I just loved the way my hair look when she finished. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this salon and special thanks to you Chi Cha.Service: Blowouts
