“My pain management doctor recommended professional PT. It was the first time in 8 years that I have seen a physical therapist outside of the Yale network. I am so glad that I made the move, and since then, I haven't looked back.I called their office from my doctor's parking lot because I thought it would take over a month to get in for an evaluation. Christine took all my information and scheduled the evaluation appointment for me before the week's end. She also scheduled me for a few weeks out. I couldn’t believe how easy she made it for me to get appointments and her constant consideration if she could get me in sooner. My evaluation with Tyler was very thorough. He took the time to listen to all my concerns, and he considered the bigger picture. He set realistic goals that were achievable. That helped me gain confidence outside of PT to push myself a little more each time. He was able to meet me where I was at with each appointment... sometimes, it was two steps forward and one step back. Tyler was very thoughtful, supportive, and encouraging. I could not believe how much time and care I received with each visit. They have more of a hands-on approach, which I love. Their facility offers a variety of different equipment to accommodate my needs. More importantly, I learned how my body works and the areas I needed to work on in order to get better and stay better. In the last 2 months, I have achieved more confidence and strength than I have in the last 20 months at other places.I feel very fortunate to have been referred to them because I finally feel like I am getting the care that I need and at the pace I can apply to my life outside of PT.Another Rave Session: Noah, thank you!!! Sweet discomfort is my lovely way of saying you found the source of the pain. I have been pointing to it for the last 20+ months to doctor's and other PT practices. It hurts like hell, but sometimes a little validation about where the pain is coming from is real helps a lot. I am kicking myself for not finding you sooner. Honestly, the hands-on approach that you have had the past few sessions has helped me to understand my body better. As I have said before, thank you for meeting me where I am at every session.“

Professional Physical Therapy Physical Therapy

“Being active much of my life, recovering from surgeries, I've gone to PT and I've left a lot of PT facilities because they were not good or just didn't get it, they'd leave you alone for an hour and never checked in to make sure the exercise program they gave you was being done correctly. This is NOT the case with Jay Correia and his team at Professional Physical therapy in Ridgefield, CTJay is thorough, thoughtful and a wonderful Therapist, and with a great team he is in touch with, runs a great facility. Even when the facility is packed with people you always feel like you're the only one there. The reviews are 100% accurate. In fact, that is what lead me to check out Professional Physical therapy. Thank you to Jay and his team!“

“CFPT doctors and therapists have supported my recovery through every phase since May 2022. All practitioners and staff have been kind, personable, and committed to my health. They're skilled at a variety of therapies: massage, red light, dry needling, mobility, etc. I've incorporated many exercises they've used or taught into my daily routine. Most importantly, CFPT is a boutique practice, where therapy is one-on-one, focused, and effective. I highly recommend CFPT.“

Big Leaps - Pediatric Therapy Physical Therapy

“This is a very special place making a huge impact on our son's physical and even emotional development. Sneha is magical in how she interacts with our child and pushes him to advance with each session. You can literally see him transforming before your eyes with every session. Sneha brings the family along, explains everything she's doing and what the desired outcomes are, so you can bring it all home and continue the work. The facility is always spotless and spacious and you are never rushed after an appointment when a diaper change or putting on all of your child's equipment might take a few minutes. We can't recommend Big Leaps more to anyone looking for help with their child's physical needs.“

Inglis Chiropractic & Wellness Center Physical Therapy

“I had knee pain. The best care I have ever received for pain relief. I feel Dr Inglis cares about my health and his approach is to go to the root of the problem vs. putting a “band aid” on the issue. Also, I like the fact that he encourages non-invasive treatment first. Most doctors want to shoot you up with strong meds and injections and if that doesn’t work they want to do surgery. I like Dr Ingis’ approach. Everyone’s needs and issues are different and the key is to find a Dr who tailors the solution based on the individual. That is what Dr Inglis does.“

“Dr. McAllister is the best, before our sessions I was unable to leave the house, after just three sessions I could get down the stairs and into the car and to her office. I love her approach on healing, she really emphasizes the mind body connection and I learned a lot from her. She is very encouraging and went above and beyond with all her services, I wouldn't have progressed so quickly without her.“

“A great place to do assisted stretching as a prelude for me in restarting a personal yoga practice. I like this place very much. All the staff are friendly, well qualified and know me by first name. The place has a small company/family positive and intimate appeal and expert assisted stretching with very high regard to cleanliness. The atmosphere feels and is semi-private. I (obviously) highly recommend checking this place out at least once (they have a special value packed deal for your first session). My stretch specialist is Kate who has varied experiences. Kate's most notable qualification for me is that she is a certified Yoga instructor. Others there have different and varied qualifications.Kate is passionate about her role at StretchLab and is overall fantastic!“
