“My pain management doctor recommended professional PT. It was the first time in 8 years that I have seen a physical therapist outside of the Yale network. I am so glad that I made the move, and since then, I haven't looked back.I called their office from my doctor's parking lot because I thought it would take over a month to get in for an evaluation. Christine took all my information and scheduled the evaluation appointment for me before the week's end. She also scheduled me for a few weeks out. I couldn’t believe how easy she made it for me to get appointments and her constant consideration if she could get me in sooner.My evaluation with Tyler was very thorough. He took the time to listen to all my concerns, and he considered the bigger picture. He set realistic goals that were achievable. That helped me gain confidence outside of PT to push myself a little more each time. “I had knee pain. The best care I have ever received for pain relief. I feel Dr Inglis cares about my health and his approach is to go to the root of the problem vs. putting a “band aid” on the issue. Also, I like the fact that he encourages non-invasive treatment first. Most doctors want to shoot you up with strong meds and injections and if that doesn’t work they want to do surgery. I like Dr Ingis’ approach. Everyone’s needs and issues are different and the key is to find a Dr who tailors the solution based on the individual. That is what Dr Inglis does.“
