I have been a fitness professional for over thirty years and experienced hundreds of assisted stretches from high level practitioners and strength coaches. I know the value of assisted stretching for recovery, performance, injury prevention, and many other benefits.I am extremely impressed with The Vital Stretch, they are top notch in the industry! I have been consistently going for several months, had sessions with multiple stretch practitioners and they are all excellent.My job requires me to be very active and the weekly sessions have helped me with my performance, recovery and my everyday joint pains have greatly decreased so I can focus on my coaching and teaching.

Awesome experience with an incredibly knowledgeable and professional Practitioner. Kadeem knew my challenges and musculature issues from the get-go and worked on giving me relief. I left the table feeling 2 inches taller and felt like I was walking on clouds the rest of the day. Thanks for an incredible stretch!

I have never felt so much relief in my back!Best Stretching Experience!!!I highly recommend Fabian he is very professional & super informative!I’ve been to multiple Chiropractors & Physical Therapist for my lower back pain & they don’t compare to the amount of relief that I got today at Vital Stretch.
