I am happy to say that Sunny House checks all of these boxes. I have now hired them for 3 major renovation projects, and will recommend them to anyone who asks. When Sergei says he will be at the house at 7AM, my doorbell rings at 6:59. When I call for an issue, I get a return call the same day, and a visit the next day if necessary. When they did my bathroom, a fault in the tile (not their fault) caused a leak in my garage 4 years after install. Sergei had the team come out the next day to get everything fixed. Amazing. Most recently, we just completed a major kitchen renovation (pics on website), and love it.The design work with drawings, 3D renderings and even video walk through are amazing and can help you see the potential of your space. Like others have said, they will help you get the most bang for your buck depending on what you want to do. From a small job to a large one, they are my first call. Definitely recommend having them as one of your review options when considering any type of remodel or construction work.“
“Melvin and his team are absolutely incredible! We would recommend Adeo Painters & Home Improvement for any services you need. We had the team do full house painting, floor staining / refinishing, construction and carpentry work, and they handled every project perfectly and thoroughly. There is nothing they can't do! It was so smooth to be able to use one contractor for all the different projects and they continuously went above and beyond while managing to meet our timeline.We felt their prices were extremely fair especially considering the high quality and attention to detail of their work. They did not cut corners: the amount of care they took in preparing rooms before painting was notable - they carefully disassembled and reassembled our cabinetry to paint them to ensure a high quality finish, while other painters said they would keep them in place (presumably to save time), and there are many more examples of their thoroughness.Much of the project occurred before we moved in and we never hesitated to have the team in our house alone - they are extremely professional and trustworthy and Melvin was always available and responsive to our questions. “Carlos did a beautiful job on my new bathroom. This was my first time designing a new bathroom. Initially it was a bit overwhelming. I wasn’t sure what I wanted it to look like. Carlos gave me a starting point by asking me a few questions about what I wanted for my new bathroom and it took off from there. I went online and viewed the most expensive bathrooms I could find and found less expensive materials to copy the designs. Carlos gave lots of great input along the way- some things I had not thought of. He was extremely timely, and stayed in contact with me daily- keeping me informed. It was a fascinating process to see a bathroom from the 80’s turn into this contemporary, luxury bathroom. I’m absolutely thrilled with it! Approximately 8,500 SQFT, Eli's Painting & Power Washing came in and power washed my property very well, as how we discussed how it would be done. As for the painting my husband and I were going over paint colors that are in style today. (Obviously whites and grays of course.) Eli was the one who provided colors and recommended a few, and my husband and I went with the colors that he had picked. As for the work, Eli was always there and always told us if he had to leave or "be back in a few" lol. Him and his men were outstanding; and the price they gave me was right!
