The crew came and cleaned all the leftover leaves, sticks and acorns from our yard, mowed and edged the lawn and took everything away, leaving the yard clean and looking beautiful. First time there today. Got a wash and blow dry just to check the place out. I’ve recently gone to another salon where the hairdressers talked to each other, but ignored you. Not very friendly. This place is wonderful! Everyone is so friendly. Very nice atmosphere, and I loved what Teddi did with my hair. Going back in 4 weeks for color, cut and wash and dry. I highly recommend.

The guys are good at their jobs. The owner is a chill dude. We crack jokes, talk sports, and girls. Your typical barber shop. They are professional and it is kid friendly. We tone it down when kids are around. All in all a good place for a cut.

Well the first time I walked in to Sal's even the customers "Hello Cousin" they were talking to me! Off to a good start then I heard Ed turn off the electric clippers and saw him spend 15 min styling and cutting hair with scissors, imagine that ? That was it for me, along with a lot of, yes Sir, no problem sir, all sharp again! With Lucky Tiger and Clubman Hair Tonic. Some Frank Sinatra and Classic Rock not to mention Service members and first responders coming and going. Well it looks like I'll be driving from Hamden to say "Hello Cousin" for some years to come.

I got my eyebrows threaded for the first time ever at this location by Nor and she was amazing. It was quick and I barely felt a thing although I was very nervous upon arrival because I have only ever done waxing! Nor offered great advice and even suggested that I do tinting for and additional $10 and I’m am BEYOND please with my results!! Definitely give them a shot if in the area!**update I went again and there was another lady there who is a bit older, she threaded my eyebrows far too thin and then did the tinting very dark and blocky rather than giving the ombré appearance. So the review above is specifically for Nor, I wouldn’t risk going to anyone else there now that I know they don’t all have the same techniques...

Baybrook Remodeler's just completed a third project on my house. I have used them since 2007 when a kitchen addition, siding and roofing and electrical upgrade was done. I called Family Tree Service on Wednesday and left a message seeking firewood. Rich got back to me that same day. The next morning I had a half cord of firewood in my driveway. As unremarkable as that should be, the reality is that I had called other places for firewood and still have not heard back. It has been like that in the past too. Next time I need firewood, I know who to call. It's great doing business with someone who does business right.

Had an emergency with a crown that broke off right at the gum line. They had me in first thing in the morning. I am very nervous because novacain dosnt always work on me, so that being said while waiting for the mouth to become numb the staff sat there and talked with me to calm my nerves.
