My son just started at the Charland Institute this year and he absolutely LOVES it! The instructors are amazing, patient, and they serve as great role models to our community's children. They are well-organized and supportive. We're so glad to have jumped in!

I have a large break in training, approximately 15 years or so. Recently I’ve decided to train at Charland Institute of Karate & Fitness, LLC and have been blow away with the professionalism and quality of training. Every class I attend leaves me wanting to train more and more. It’s as if I can’t wait for the following weekend to pass so I can train every Tuesday & Thursday. I wholeheartedly recommend Master Charland and this institute to train at. The discipline, quality and professionalism is unmatched!
