I am not the same person I was when I first walked into the ECTS studio 8 years ago and that is directly because of the training, mentorship, and support I have received over the years. Not once have the instructors made me feel less than for not having any experience in martial arts. They have provided me a space where I have been challenged and have tried and accomplished things I never thought I can do. They have helped me become a stronger person and have shown me what it is like to feel pride in myself and eager to rise to a challenge. I cannot say enough good things about this place. The owners treat everyone like part of the family and you can tell they are truly invested in the children. I highly recommend them.
