I’ve been twice now, once with Alicia and once with Nakia, and I’ve been equally satisfied both times. They both do excellent work. You can tell they have spent many years perfecting their craft. I have very thick hair and they make it look easy. They are busy but they are never in a rush. I’ve left both times feeling like they really cared that I loved my hair. And all of the women working there that i have encountered have wonderful fun personalities.

I would give 4 stars because they don't great you at all when you come in . No one at the front desk no one even looked when I came in. I sat down till a girl came up front to get something never even looked at me so I said excuse me and she kept right on walking to the back of the salon. Thankfully another woman called her to take care of me. But I'm rating my review on how well my hair was done not their customer service. So my hairdresser of 30 years decided to retire during the pandemic and I let my hair grow to a ridiculous length out of fear of going to a new one. Fortunately I have a friend and I love her hair so I asked where she went and the name of hairdresser. The salon is Luna and the stylist is Nakia. Great made an appointment came in and Nakia did her thing. She cut layers ( I never had before) & blowdried my hair and it looked great. The test was still to come - me doing my hair! Happy to say I can blow dry my hair with my head upside down. No styling no curling just blowing heat and when dry I flip it back in place and I L-O-V-E IT!!! So easy and it looks like it has all this body when in actuality it's plain ole poker straight. So yes *****s because Nakia gave me a great haircut and that was my purpose for going to Luna.

Luna has unrelenting high standards for all the work they do, and they aren't satisfied until you look and feel your best. Personally, I have always been most appreciative of the collaborative approach the Luna crew takes - they work with you to come up with a look that will actually work for you, instead of just doing something and hoping for the best.
