“I decided today last minute that I needed a change. I called and my favorite hair stylist was obliviously booked. I still decided to make an appointment. I walked in and there was Alex(the hair stylist) who greeted me. He was busy with other clients but told me while my hair was being washed he was going to cut my hair (can't tell you how excited I was).
