I have been a member of the art of control since 2016. And have been taking many classes with them ever since both online and in person.
What I love most about AOC is their commitment to the traditional method that had proved throughout the years to be one of the most comprehensive and complete programs to improve overall health and restore vitality for the body.
The teachers at AOC are highly qualified and very detailed oriented. The Art of Control is the best truly classical pilates studio that I have found. Simona Cipriani is deeply knowledgeable about the body, has a sharp eye for body misalignments and imbalances, and magical hands to guide you to your best pilates practice. I have been taking privates and group classes with her at the sparkling new Stamford Town Center studio, and I always leave feeling so good--strong, balanced and aligned physically and mentally.
