Tess did an amazing job. My body has never felt so relaxed. I loved that she took the time to sit down and go over a questionnaire with me about my day to day, what my aches/pains are, and really take a holistic/naturopathic approach to it all. I have been seeing Tess for 8 years. She helped me through a period of severe muscle tightness that was limiting my physical activities and causing daily pain and discomfort. She took the time to answer all my questions and educate me about my body and the functional issues I was experiencing. I have remained a client ever since. She is an integral part of my maintenance program. She is easy to talk to and cares about her clients. Tess provides a host of wellness treatments for her clients from massage and energy work to diet coaching. I highly recommend Tess.

I would love to go once a month if I can. I felt totally relaxed and refreshed after my appointment. Tess did some energy work also, It was great and I didn't know what to expect. Its better that you don't know so you can explain what you were feeling after. I won't tell you so you can find out for yourself (:
