I now can confidently write this review. I definitely did not want to ; but maybe by writing this other patients can get proper care. I started going to ONS after an accident in the summer of 2022 which resulted in a long string of injuries ; it wasn't until I met with Dr. Sethi (who is wonderful) who diagnosed my injury properly. The doctors they have (who you see) before a surgeon ; have no idea what they are doing. And because of the misdiagnosis I spent the summer of 2022 rehabilitating an injury that I never had ; while remaining in pain I met with Dr. Sethi who diagnosed me properly and because of that I've been able to rehab my injury through another physical therapy...read full review

I saw Dr. Simon today for upper leg pain. My primary doctor told me that it could be nerve pinch from information that I gave her. I waited with pain for a week to see him (instead of another doctor) and it was worth it. I read the review that doctor Simon is an excellent doctor. Doctor Simon is really caring, compassionate and took time to understand and answer all my questions. Though my condition is a muscle tightening, and not a nerve condition, Dr. Simon still was kind and directed me to physical therapy as my symptoms are getting better everyday. Though the pain still there. He is absolutely the best doctor and I am lucky to find him.

the doctors and physical therapists are awesome but it is impossible to get anyone to pick up the phone when you need an appointment. they have an online appointment service but it has been malfunctioning eve time I try to use it.
