The receptionist is so polite and friendly and helps you understand the services being rendered, they aren't into just taking your money or soliciting services that aren't needed, I was concerned about some services because of being diabetic and the esthetician was so comforting in helping me understand what I needed and didn't need, the products she offered works wonders!! I have gone to Lancome and I use to use their products and no slight to them but I could see the noticeable differences in my skin,I love their skin care MORE then any other you'll be amazed.
