I’m not an established patient of the practice…yet. Dr. Ibrahimi came highly recommended by my regular dermatologist. I called his office to get preliminary information because I was concerned that one specific laser treatment may exacerbate an underlying skin condition (and didn’t want to take time off from work for an appointment). Sinead, who answered the phone, and Solo, the Cosmetics Coordinator, took the time to speak with me, called me back on more than one occasion to give follow-up answers to questions, and showed photos of my skin to Dr. Ibrahimi - who also took the time to determine up front if I was a candidate for the specific laser treatment. Dr. Ibrahimi came highly recommended from my husband’s dermatologist then my husband’s become his patient then me then my cousin.I can say that our family are his patients.He’s been taking care of our skin problems or even we need an advices about our skin.I’ve been seeing him for my skin problems and scar issues and i have great results from the laser.Dr. Omar Ibrahimi is not only skilled cosmetic/laser surgeon but he's also the most considerate, honest, and ethical Doctor. I cannot speak more highly about this place, its ownership, and its staff.I have been going here for years for various treatments, and I can tell you as a small business owner that these folks really care about their customers and only perform services that they stand behind and believe in.I will continue going here, and again I cannot more emphatically express my happiness and gratitude with Amy and crew.
