Highly recommended!! Steve the owner responded to my call immediately and spent the time to thoroughly listen to our issue. Larry came to our house same day, was honest and knowledgeable, and was able to save us from paying $9,000 for a sewer pipe replacement.
Highly recommended. Steve is very professional and has excellent experince with hydrojetting septic pipes. We had a problem with oury 48 year old septic system, and were preparing to replace it. However, before proceeding, I researched various alternatives, and decided to try cleaning the laterals with the Clog Hog, but didn't want to do this myself. I called Atomic Rooter and Steve came over on the very next business day with his crew and equipment. He cleared out the laterals and the system started flowing immediately. total time was about two hours - a huge relief after months of a leaking D-box and fretting over the replacement system. Extremely pleased with his attitude, expertise, and quickness to respond! Steve also made some other suggestions that will save us thousands of dollars in installation costs, should a replacement system become necessary (but due to the jetting, that will be sometime off in the future). Definitely time and money well-spent.
