“Writing today as experienced classic central AC failure, middle of summer on the weekend. Called 8:10 AM Monday morning, Rachel was able to dispatch a tech for 9 AM and he was here on time as committed. Technician was Alan and he was the most courteous, conscientious tech ever. Think he solved the issue, but even if it proves to be something else, will have them back to continue to troubleshoot if need be. First time ever needed a technician like this so rest assured, will be using them if need ever arises point forward, and would highly recommend Advanced for your HVAC needs.“

“Would give more than 5 stars if I could! I reached out to Johnny personally with a water heater emergency that was affecting our business, on a Sunday while he was on vacation. He still responded immediately and connected me with Melissa. She got a technician out first thing Monday morning to diagnose the problem and try to order the part. They dealt with our indecisiveness as we tried to call around and see if anyone else had the part already in stock (they didn’t). We then went ahead and ordered the part with no issues, and Andrew’s went out of their way to pick it up the next day. Unfortunately only half the part was sent, not at all an error on the company’s end, and they still apologized profusely for the mistake. They again went out of their way to pick up the other half the next day and had the part installed about an hour after we opened. The effort, transparency, and communication were top tier, we couldn’t have asked for better. Shout out to Johnny, and Joe (the technician who fixed for us) and especially Melissa for facilitating everything and being so patient with us.
