Quick response to my request for a quote- very thorough and pointed out several issues, demonstrating that they were well versed in the process and alerted me to permissions I would need from the condo association, etc. Installation took exactly as long as estimated and the new thermostat is super easy to use. The heat is distributed evenly throughout my condo (my top floor used to be significantly cooler than the main floor). I haven't been able to use the AC yet, but I'm confident it will be equally as good and if I have any issues, I feel confident I can contact Glasco and get any issues remedied quickly.

Paul and his team replaced an old gas furnace/system with a new one of my choice. They updated all related parts up to code, the whole system looks and works great! From the initial call and subsequent site visits, everyone at the company made this whole process stress free by being so responsive and professional. We did have an issue a week or so later as the furnace stopped working, they sent a technician out here immediately, very late on a fri afternoon, it appeared a part was defective so the tech and an office employee worked as a team to find and get the part asap, 90 mins later we were back in business. I have had the furnace for 2 months now and its been great!
