Alan and Aiden were able to rescue me in advance of the heatwave. Very professional crew. Our problem turned out to be a starting capacitor, which is great news. Too many people now would just say “oh yeah, that’s a bad compressor” and then gouge the customer for a few grand. Super thankful for the honest work.

We went with AB Heating and Cooling SIX (6) years ago. We've loved EVERY year that it has been in our home.They are better than good. "Damn Good"!He's done more than most HVAC types. Our builder knew precious little about the technology.If you're in S.E. CT call AB (Guy is his name) your welcome to see our system.UPDATE from our original posting!!!Best homeowner decision we have ever made. Our system, installed in 2012, is running GREAT! Temperature and Humidity are constantly in Balance. We’ve had our unit is inspected and maintained annually by a great terrific serviceman (Alex) who’s a dedicated technician!

I've had a few issues with my geothermal unit in the past and A&B always resolved them without fail in a timely and highly professional manner. I recently encountered a problem due to the extremely cold weather/water and their Tech did an outstanding job diagnosing and fixing the problem. I highly recommend A&B Cooling & Heating and although I'd rather not need to call them, if I do need them, I know I'm in good hands.
