They had either said they were going to come and never did, or did not respond to us in a timely manner and forgot about us. Russ answered my first phone call and came out the same day to provide an estimate for a fall clean-up and trimming. He gave me a walkthrough of all of our plants and provided helpful suggestions for trimming/future care. He came back the next day and completed the job in just a few hours. Yard looks amazing, work was very clean and thorough. He really helped us in a pinch when we did not have time or tools necessary to do the job ourselves. I would highly recommend his business.“
