He made not one but two trips to walk around our property and get our plans exactly right. They had either said they were going to come and never did, or did not respond to us in a timely manner and forgot about us. Russ answered my first phone call and came out the same day to provide an estimate for a fall clean-up and trimming. He gave me a walkthrough of all of our plants and provided helpful suggestions for trimming/future care. He came back the next day and completed the job in just a few hours.
