“Service was timely and reliable. After calling 6 Plumbers for a toilet leak, they were the only one's to get back to me the same day. We made and appointment and the problem was fixed quickly (We thought). Turns out there was a secondary leak in the base of the toilet as well, so I did have to call them to come back and fix that as well. But they did it expeditiously and negotiated to give me a fair price for the second trip. I would use them again!“

“Two years ago on the weekend before Thanksgiving, the temperature turned down to the teens. Our Gas furnace was locked out so not starting for some reason. I called the company that installed it two years earlier and they said they don't do weekends anymore or emergency. So I called around to no avail. Finally, I called Joe and he stated he was flat out because of the sudden snap in temp. Then he called back and said I can't leave anyone with no heat in this 18-degree temp. He came by and fixed what was wrong, got heat back up, and has been great ever since.“

“Fast, competent response to our need to replace a leaking water heater. Came out the same day I called to give a quote. New heater installed the next day. No fault of theirs, but the new water heater made the hot water smell of oil. After a quick -- next day -- attempt to purge and clean it, they got the manufacturer to cover a complete replacement, and had it installed within a week of the original install. “Tom installed two faucets in my house a couple of months ago. Tom is a true professional. He is quite knowledgeable and experienced in his area. I was first trying to decide if I wanted to repair or replace the faucets. He gave me the correct advice that the parts are discontinued so we should just replace the faucets. After he replaced the faucets, one of them had a slight leakage problem but he returned back the very next morning and fixed the issue and explained why the issue had happened. While he was at my house, he pointed to some other plumbing/water issues and provided his opinion on the matter. I had called him one more time for a different problem and he gave me correct advice over the phone. He comes across as very friendly and I would recommend him any day.Service: Faucet installation“
