I was first trying to decide if I wanted to repair or replace the faucets. He gave me the correct advice that the parts are discontinued so we should just replace the faucets. After he replaced the faucets, one of them had a slight leakage problem but he returned back the very next morning and fixed the issue and explained why the issue had happened.
