George is professional, efficient, and friendly. He repaired my 10-year-old 6" L.L.Bean duck boots when the stitching had come apart between the rubber foot/sole and the leather upper on the insides of the ankles on both boots. Because the rubber and the leather were both still intact, he was able to reattach them. A relatively simple job, but one that required the skills and materials of a Master Shoe and Boot Cobbler. I love L.L.Bean, but they only offer the *possibility* of repairing Bean boots and it would take anywhere from 3-8 weeks to get them back. George looked my boots over and assessed the repair in under ten minutes (while I stood at his counter in stocking feet!) I appreciate and respect his policy that "custom work requires custom pricing." In other words, don't hesitate to ask for an estimate so that you're not surprised! George won't be unkind or embarrass you if you decide you need to consider the cost of a repair. I dropped one star only because I called twice to ask if my boots were done.

I’ve been on the lookout for quite some time for a place where I could get a good haircut and let me tell you that I just found it. Staff is definitely experienced, courteous and knowledgeable. I got the opportunity to get my haircut done by Nelly and I’m glad I got the chance as I honestly had no no clue as of the length of the trim or specifics. But she got the idea from the beginning just from my vague and brief description. She made sure to ask if it was okay throughout the whole haircut and made sure that it was to my liking. She did even suggested some other style that I should try next time.
I’m sure the rest of the staff and owner are experienced as well. Will definitely come back as they just got a new client as long I have hair in my head. Thanks Nelly! Big props.

Brought my daughter and her 2 friends in here for her birthday and they were very kind and accommodating to the kids. Their nails turned out very cute and everyone had a good time. I will go back alone next time for a little me pampering :).
This was my first time here and i got dip nails with tips. I booked a 6:30 and in the future I will probably book earlier because my appointment went past closing time . But even though I was there past closing time the technician was very thorough and was extremely detailed. Price was great too for the quality of nails and service I received. Anna also checked in with me throughout my visit to make sure I was happy and pleased with my nails. Really great experience here!!

Medicinal Skin is a local gem. I knew I was in good hands when I met with Holly (years ago at this point!) at the consultation level, and she right then recommended skin routine changes that improved my skin before my first facial there. Since getting regular facials with her, I've noticed a significant improvement in dryness, tone, and breakouts. Not only does Holly know what your skin needs, but the experience is SO luxurious. The facial also comes with a hand and foot massage. Basically, I never want to leave but when I reluctantly do, it's always with my next appointment booked. Highly recommend.

I am new to the Ridgefield area. I needed a few small bathroom fixes. They arrived on time and fixed 2 of the 3 issues. The dripping shower needed a cartridge that they did not have with them. They assured me that it would be a 10 minute fix with the correct cartridge. I stressed that I was looking to find my long term plumber and to not forget to come back. That was over 3 weeks ago. My shower still drips (how many gallons literally down the drain?). I called the office after about a week and was promised a call back with info as to when they would come. That was two weeks ago. No call, no service visit. Plumber came the next day and fixed it. I raised from 3 to 4 stars.
Very thankful for Rob and Kevin, they fixed 3 problems in under 2 hours, were incredibly friendly, and reasonably priced. I also really appreciate that they wore booties on their shoes to keep our home clean on this rainy day. Thank you!!!Services: Drain cleaning

Stonecrest took our small cape home ten years ago and transformed it into our 5,000 sq. ft. dream home. Joe Pisoni and his team of craftsman completed the renovation on time and on budget but even more than that, they created a home of great character and with exceptional quality. It has now been ten years and the picture attached is a testament to the fact that there is not one settlement crack or any sign of peeling paint or other deterioration in the home. This home was built with all the right materials, and with a level of care that leaves us loving it as much today as the day we moved back in.We recently has Stonecrest complete a second small project. Same story, on time with great quality and care. Joe takes the time to make sure all is done in the way you expect but at the same time gives great advice. Multiple times he has advised on small changes or finishes that have enhanced our vision. In some ways he goes beyond what even we expected to deliver an amazing level of quality.You generally only do a renovation once. This is the guy you want to use.

The most genuinely caring doctors I have ever encountered. Prior to ever seeing me (due to distance of location) they have been helping me with advice and guidance based on hearing about my sudden pain. They had nothing to gain by assisting me before I visited the office yet would reach out and ask questions about how I was doing/how things were progressing and give new guidance as things changed. I am mind blown at the genuine patient care. I wish there were more doctors that were like this.

QR Animal Hospital is wonderful! The staff and Doctors there are caring, kind and take excellent care of our pets. We love Dr. Behar, who has been our fur babies doctor since we adopted them. She is a wonderful veterinarian and always clinically on point. I highly recommend her and her team!

Today I was fortunate enough to experience a wellness retreat at Grow Wellness which included a hatha yoga class, a one hour wellness massage and a one hour reiki session. My day started with the yoga class and followed with the most amazing massage by the owner Kathleen. It was truly a “wellness” massage. She applied just the right amount of pressure and even used some hot stones. My reiki session with Lisa was equally awesome. She is truly intuitive and is blessed in the ways she uses essential oils and singing bowls in her session. Grow Wellness itself is an extraordinary, spiritual space with crystals in every room. I highly recommend Grow Wellness!

Virginia is outstanding at her many skills. She is 110% focused on her clients and their problem areas during her sessions. She has shown me valuable exercises to alleviate and remedy my problematic, pain, stress areas and my holding patterns. She is constantly educating herself to better her skills and practice. I don't know what I would have done without her help to manage my physical job and the stress that comes with it and with life in general.

I have gone to Elements in Ridgefield for years and became a member a while back. They have recently introduced facials which is great! I did have a couple of therapists who were top notch who ended up going elsewhere, which is a shame. I had three different massage therapists who I believe each left for their own reasons, but I don't know if they had enough incentive to stay? In any event, I'd like it if they added the booking capability for the facial services and such (that they have always had for booking massages) on the MindBody app. It allows me to book appointments 24/7 as opposed to waiting for calling them during business hours.

Having had acupuncture elsewhere I was hesitant to try it again, but with Judith's approach I was able to have weekly sessions focusing on my medical needs. I now have other members of my family being treated by her and they too adore her and enjoy the benefits from each session!
I rarely make time to write reviews, but here I am. Wow! what an amazing experience it was having some acupuncture and soft tissue work done by Rob. As a massage therapist my hands and arms are always overworked and tight he customized a treatment for me that was not only relieving to my muscles but also really calming for my mind and spirit. I am really grateful to have made this connection with Rob and look forward to continuing my treatments with him. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!!!! 5 Star experience.
