Tom did a beautiful job on our custom cabinets, bookshelves, and crown molding. He was friendly and professional, had good communication throughout, and paid real attention to detail. He obviously takes pride in his work. He was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. We would not hesitate to hire him again or recommend him to friends.

Tom from Custom Carpentry of Norwich is what you hope for when you want a contractor. He's very nice, first off. Very easy going, and comfortable personality. He was always on time and easy to get in touch with.I asked him to come look at a project that had been started by another contractor and that first guy fell ill, unfortunately.It's been my experience that contractors typically don't like to "take on another persons mess," but Tom stepped in to help, without fear.The deck he built was exactly what we were looking for.
