Very pleased with the professionalism and quality of the work. We had our deck re done and they clearly identified what needed replacing and followed through in a very timely & efficient manner. Extra effort was shown to work with our pets schedule to be out in the yard and to add an extra gate for the deck stairs, as we requested. Creative Enclosures recently replaced an older screen room with a Cathedral Sun Room, 12X12. The entire experience was positive. Meeting Matt, owner, was our introduction to the company. He was patient and enthused about our ideas and his product. Each step of the way, from pre-planning through the final trim work exceeded our expectations. Without exception, each team member we worked with was friendly, knowledgeable and demonstrated a “can do” attitude. We worked with several team members, but Andrew and Robin were the ones to make sure everything went as it should. We had rotting deck boards, and Creative Enclosure installed a new deck and screened in porch. We could not be more happy with the results - They were able to start and finish the project much quicker than we anticipated. Team members were professional and responsive to any of our concerns. We highly recommend Creative Enclosure!
