“I’ve been going to Rica for eight years now. I have a hair loss condition called trichotillomania. Rica is the only person I trust to go anywhere near my head. Any other place I’ve gone has either made me feel bad about the hair loss and pulling or not understood it. Rica has never done that. She has her clients best interest in mind always. She’s phenomenal. Not only is Rica amazing about the trichotillomania, But she always keeps my allergies and other health conditions in mind when using hair products, and anything else. We moved away from the area for a few years and any time I would come to visit I would make it a point to come get my hair cut because no one else could get it right.
