After a horrific experience at the Meriden, CT location where the representative wanted me to open up a credit card just to look at the product before being fixed, JEFF at the North Haven location was not only helpful and understanding but he was knowledgeable and compassionate about his work. He helped assure me that he would take the necessary time to review what the problems might be before I was charged for a fix. Absolutely stunning customer care by Mr. JEFF. Would not hesitate to come back if I could work with this same employee.

I never had a problem with anyone n the phone department. I found the staff quite knowledgeable and friendly. The only person I dislike in the store is Jack Sheehan. Jack Sheean is a liar.
