andy is a king. my 4.5 year old macbook completely stopped working. it didnt even turn on. i needed it for school this semester but i graduate in 2 years so i didnt want to buy a whole new computer. apple said they would fix it for $530, AP computers said it would be $420, so i pushed my skepticism aside and i said.... DEAL!!!! within a week my computer was fixed and running perfectly. thank you so much andy!!

It was the worst possible scenario. My main computer finally bit thedust and refused to boot. Fortunately I had a backup system. Unfortunately, my backup machine had died on the shelf. It too failed to boot.To add icing to the cake, my machines were Linux boxes running in console mode with a talking screen reader program called Speakup.Based on past experience, I expected a hard slog to find a computerrepair shop that knew anything about Linux, let alone setting up aLinux system that would come up talking with a screen reader.I was delighted to find A.
