I called Monday to inquire about adding a haircut and color consultation to my visit. The receptionist was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and kind. She not only listened attentively to my requests but also suggested a perfect course of action.

On Tuesday, I was warmly greeted at the door with a welcoming smile and promptly informed that my stylist, Julianne, would be with me shortly. Julianne introduced herself and escorted me to her chair. Throughout the appointment, her expertise and talent were evident, and she made sure to understand exactly what I wanted.

“Had such a hard time finding a hairstylist in CT that could achieve the layers and movement I wanted with my haircut. That is until I found Tiffany at SoHo Salon. I've been going to her consistently for years now, so a review is long overdue. I tend to be indecisive and while I'm quite picky with my hair, I have a difficult time trying to explain what I want. Tiffany will look at your inspo pictures, ask all the right questions, and always always provides education on the options I have which I love. And what she delivers somehow always turns out better than I expected. There was one time when I was being very particular with my highlight color, and she happily squeezed me in next day (she offered same day but I was unavailable) to get it to where I wanted despite having a booked schedule. It's no wonder you have to book months in advance to get an appointment with her. No complaints about the salon overall, either. The staff is very friendly and there's always good vibes between the hair stylists and clients when I come in. :)“
