Cheryl has been doing my hair color and cut for over 6 years and I can't say enough about her skill, attention to detail, and sense of color and style. She took the time with me to find out what I was looking for and how I want my hair to make me feel, AND what kind of daily hair care routine I'm able to support. My haircut is completely tailored to my needs - it suits me, it feels great, it looks stylish, the color compliments my coloring, and it is easy to take care of. I just made a special trip from Brooklyn to New Haven just so Katy could do my hair I've lived all over the place and gone to a bunch of salons that have really varied in how blonde they go with my hair... usually after 6 weeks there's a clear line of my roots through (let alone my hair will dry out or get frizzy from over-treating it). Somehow when I go to Katy this is all avoided (??) My hair looks very natural. Even as it grows out, it somehow blends. highly recommend!

Cheryl was wonderful. Karma was the only salon that would take me on such short notice. I had fried and melted my hair with a Revlon straightener. She was kind enough to remove most of the damage. I will forever appreciate Cheryl's kindness.Service: Haircut
