Best lash tech I’ve ever been to! The products she uses are TOP of the line, I don’t think I lost a single lash on my last vacation with all of the ocean, pool and oils! Candys spa is always very clean and smells so nice, she always has good soft music playing and whichever service you receive you’ll be super relaxed. She is also the nicest person to talk to and I’d never look anywhere else for any service she currently offers! ?

I hadn't had my waxing done in about 2-3 months. I want to restart my wax journey and Tyannie was great. Although she said that it was probably going to be uncomfortable she did her best to make sure that it wasn't. I appreciate the time she took to help with the process. I would definitely recommend Tyannie if you plan to get into waxing.
Steve and his crew were very prompt and professional! I had to have 2 very large oaks taken down after being damaged during the small tornado came through CT last month. Steve did exactly what he said he would do, and showed up right on time. Luckily, my neighbor agreed to allow the crane and bucket truck through his yard. I am still amazed at how quick they were able to take down the 2 trees (both over 125 feet tall) and how little damage there was to the grass/backyard of my neighbor. Definitely will be referring Expert Tree to all of my family and friends!

Just experienced the joy of having a relaxing massage in this place. Their Asian methods used were a major game changer, while the atmosphere of the spa was extremely tranquil. I felt rejuvenated, and completely satisfied.

I only had a haircut and blow dry. Called same day and they squeezed me in with the junior styler. He was great. The place was comfortable and not crowded. Just the way I wanted it. Great haircut at an intimate place.

At First, I did not know what to expect?, SOMEHOW??...I got 2 very thick-dense dreads in my hair? So dense? I thought I was going to either cut? Or shave my head! Pam was able to get them free. While undisturbed my NATURAL HAIR!!! She is the BEST!!!
JH is the only place I’ll go to get my hair done. I work with Kara, who is wonderful to talk to and an amazing stylist. She knows my hair so well, and I absolutely love working with her. She’s a magician at mixing a couple of different colors to get a red that complements my skin tone, and she knows just how to cut and style my hair so it falls perfectly with minimal effort on my part. I prefer low-maintenance day-to-day styling, yet I always get compliments on my color and style as if I spend every morning at the salon. I love the JH team and Kara and I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

I’m very pleased with my experience at this nail salon. I called 5 mins before I wanted to come in and the person who answered the phone was abele to accommodate my request. The person who did my nails did a great job. I asked if they can fill in my acrylics and do a gell manicure. I love the shape and how they turned out.
Now known as Cafe Nails. The staff are so friendly and sweet. The location is outside of sleeping giant so you can enjoy the beauty of outdoors from inside with their floor to ceiling windows. Beautiful beams inside give it a cabin feel. They even have a little coffee bar that is complementary for those who use their services! I’ll be coming back again in the future.
I'm always traveling and don't live in state so coming by a nail salon I can trust can be hard to find. But I think I've nailed this one (no pun intended). Visal is my guy & he knows what he's doing! He's great at gel nails and details and even does hand and back massages too sometimes. He definitely has an eye for detail because my nails always be looking GORGEOUS and smelling nice when I roll out of there. All the staff is helpful and they got some good jokes. Nice calming music with scenic views on the tv. Just make sure you book an appt at least a few days in advance so they can get you in. They seem to be always busy and it's clear to see why! Last time I got my nails done here they lasted almost a month!!!! Not saying you should go that long without getting your nails done but ya girl was on vacation and my nails held on like jack held on to rose when she slipped off the titanic. 11/10.
I’ve been coming here for years and I’m never disappointed. They have friendly, capable staff and everything flows very nicely, even when they’re very busy. The salon is peaceful and the pedicures are very relaxing. Manicures are good also and they last a decent amount of time, never experienced premature chipping. I hope it never changes! I’ve been going to Julie’s since the salon opened. Through the years there have been several different owners, all have been wonderful and currently the owner is fantastic. She is not only excellent at what she does but so sweet, happy and always greets you by name with a smile. The entire staff is always pleasant and also wonderful at what they do. The salon is clean and free of chemical odor. I highly recommend them and will be a forever client.

For me I measure a good cut/color/ treatment not by how I look when I've just finished but by how I can manage to get that same look and recreate it with no effort....that, to me, is a great hair cut! Amazing, experience.Keri's Lash & Skincare is one of the most relaxing, clean, energetic place I've ever had getting a facial at a spa. Keriz's is so intimate. Karen the owner welcomed me and made me feel comfortable. During my facial she explained what she was doing. She gave me a skin analysis where in the past most spas cared not to tell me what areas I had problems with my skin. They just forced products on me. Karen on the other informed me the proper way to clean and care for my skin type. I instantly saw results after my session. I'm definitely going back and highly recommend anyone going to her spa. Rosemary is an amazing esthetician. Her facials leave my face feeling soft and my skin bright. I see her every 2 weeks for my lash extensions (won’t go anywhere else) and I throw in a facial once a quarter.. All the ladies working here are top notch as are the services. Highly recommend. Utility management can be difficult here in Connecticut nevertheless a crew of three guys switched my power over, upgraded my amperage and installed a NG generator in the bitter cold underneath tents in FIVE HOURS FLAT. The chairs were a challenge being a linen fabric, but Maurice was not happy with the results and returned the next day, on his own initiative, to apply another product. After a little bit of a bumpy road replacing all the defective cabinet doors and drawers, Express Kitchen came through in the end. Chris and Katherine were the key to getting it done. Chris was great. He did a superb job with the replacements and took the time to show me how to make drawer alignment adjustments if needed. Kat was tireless in making sure the correct parts were ordered.

I've had some issues with billing and application.Billing: I discovered It's better to pay for the service when each phase is completed rather than pay in advance.Application: I signed up for shrub maintenance. I've noticed that I've had both a rose black spot problem and white fly problem soon after they were sprayed. This is after I specifically asked that attention be paid to my roses.The pruning they did was excellent.
Great local dentist that cares about you and knows your name after only a single visit. All of the doctors are super nice and take the time to provide excellent care. Will continue to go here for all of our dental needs!

I wanted to get an implant for a front tooth that I lost. A previous dentist wanted to do a bridge. I was fortunate to be referred to Dr Weiss from my family members. I got my implant surgery on 9/10/2024, everything went well. This is a great practice both on behalf of the doctor and his staff. Every person here has been the utmost in congeniality, knowledge and professionalism. I highly recommend this practice.

I have been to Dr Kaplan as a new patient. My previous Dentist who I have been with for over 15 years Retired. So I had some anxiety. It was the best experience. I was welcomed and the Staff were very nice. Dr Kaplan was very informative. I definitely will be going back. The hygienist did an excellent job and kept me at ease.
Dr Denny is wonderful, She is phenomenal and knowledgeable in her work that she does her staff is very pleasant it is always such a great joy and experience to be in a place where you can always have friendly conversation with your visit.

Dr Dan has been treating me for over a year. I came to him with such sciatic pain, I was in tears. He is extremely knowledgeable and intuitive and was able to adjust me easily so that I walked out comfortably. I do not go weekly anymore, but as needed and am so grateful for his daily exercise advice and availability when I do feel an urgent need to be tweaked! Please let him help you live a more comfortable life!!!
There’s an art and science to everything Dr. Barry does. He knows the human body from head to toe. I have brought him an array of sports injuries and stress related ailments and he has always gotten me back into action at the gym and at work. He is simply the best.

If plantar fasciitis is getting the best of you, I recommend seeing Dr. Denes. I’m about 3 weeks into treatment and have noticed a significant improvement; the combination of active release and therapeutic ultrasound (in addition to some at-home supplemental treatments) has improved my quality of life. The fact that he’s a really likable guy is a great bonus.
I see Dr.Hackett and I have seen his wife as well. Amazing staff kind and helpful. Seeing Dr. Pat has changed my life. I have learned to live a life without pain and discomfort , not only from his chiropractic procedures but from techniques he taught me on how to manage my pain during everyday activities.

Kevin is the only person I trust with all 3 of my dogs. We have 3 dogs between my parents and I and one of them is older w/ a degenerative issue in his legs which causes them to drag and he needs a little more attention than most dogs when it comes to grooming, since he has trouble lifting them up. I came to Land of Paws from a very terrible experience at another local groomer - Kevin is amazing with all 3 dogs. He is accommodating to scheduling conflicts, and is so attentive to them all. Each time all of my dogs come home smelling fresh and having a perfect groom including ears, nail clipping, bath and cut. Not only is Kevin great at his job, my dogs feel comfortable and safe while they are there. Unlike OTHER GROOMERS (cough cough Hot Diggity Dog) he dries them by hand and doesn't use a massive industrial dryer and stick them into a crate to freeze-dry. Also, my dogs run to the door to get inside- not shiver and shake when pulling into the driveway. I highly recommend Kevin and would recommend him to anybody. We have been coming here for years. Kelly always takes such good care of my senior dog! He comes home super soft, smelling good, and looking handsome with seasonal hankerchiefs. We never thought we could find a groomer that didn't traumatize our pup. Kelly is also very active in the local community organizing events and fundraisers. What more could you ask for?!

First time for a couples massage 60 minutes. They did such a great job, I walked out feeling brand new ! Affordable massage very clean. You can tell the massage therapist are full of experience! Also I think they prefer Cash! Went next door to ray and mikes and pulled cash. We will be back !
