Staff was very nice and helpful! Shaneque did a great cleaning while also being gentle! She was super informative and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Kaplan is great as well! He was very considerate during my cavity fills.

This was the best cleaning I have ever had! The hygienist was excellent and made me feel comfortable throughout the cleaning. I will be coming back and I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a new dentist.

I have always been apprehensive about going to the dentist. I must say after my first two visits to Ross Kaplan DMD office all my fears and concerns have been diminished. Starting with the staff: very pleasant. During my first visit, the dental hygienist checked with me periodically to make sure I was ok while cleaning my teeth. On my second visit to have some cavities filled, Ross Kaplan DMD explained what he was doing each step of the way and gave me the option to numb the area before getting started (relieved anxiety). Highly recommend this office very attentive and professional.
