“Dr. Sofos is by FAR the most legitimate chiropractor I've experienced. For 2.5 years I searched for a chiropractor from Westchester to Manhattan following my car accident in 2020. Every single one came off as a car salesman more invested in milking me for all my money than improving my health. I experienced shocking tactics from these \\\"chiropractors\\\" from free visits in exchange for 5 star reviews, to locking me into a payment plan for the next year of care (regardless of if I would respond to treatment), to charging me $300 for an xray before they would adjust me just to adjust me anyway after I refused. I never experienced this with Dr. Sofos. It actually felt MEDICAL as opposed to sales-y. From the moment we met, he was professional and personable. He did an initial examination of my back, sent me for muscle stimulation and heat therapy before adjusting my back, talking through specific nerves and areas of my back with visual aid, and then teaching and assigning me stretches to do for my specific pain. “I had knee pain. The best care I have ever received for pain relief. I feel Dr Inglis cares about my health and his approach is to go to the root of the problem vs. putting a “band aid” on the issue. Also, I like the fact that he encourages non-invasive treatment first. Most doctors want to shoot you up with strong meds and injections and if that doesn’t work they want to do surgery. Besides being able to adjust you, and I'm not a small guy, he tells you what will ultimately make you feel better - stretches, strength work, working on posture, etc. Unlike any other chiropractor I've ever seen, he legitimately wants you to get to the point where you don't need to see him that often. He truly wants to help you instead of keeping you on the dole. He's gotten me thinking about health, taking care of myself better and now I go in for a 'tune up' every once in a while. I've sent my folks to him and my wife as well. He's also incredibly nice and friendly. “Dr. Reuben is an absolute life saver and is Incredibly knowledgeable and caring. He has helped me several times but most recently he was an absolute life saver. I had a bad lingering cough from Covid and was coughing so much that I overworked my muscles and must have coughed so hard I was having the worse pain on my side and my back and was in so much pain last weekend. On Monday morning I asked if he can take a look at me and he took me last minute and was able to treat me and my god by the afternoon I was feeling such relief.
